Imogen Foundation AT MS 104

 

​MS 104 Simon Baruch's After-School program is provided FREE of charge to our students!

​

MS 104 is excited to announce and introduce our new afterschool provider Imogen Foundation and program director, Ms. Rhode Prophete. Rhode comes to MS 104 with many years of experience in afterschool programming. Most recently, she served as program director for Manhattan Youth's Yorkville East Middle School after school program. Rhode and Kayla Matos, who will be returning as one of our assistant directors, have been collaborating over the past week as we work to get our program up and running for September 2026.

Important Policies

 

No Re-entry for After-school

Parents, please remember that if students are supposed to be in after-school for the day, they cannot leave the building and return. If a student leaves the building, we will not be able to allow them into after-school that day. 

 

Important Pick-up procedures

Please note that if you are picking up a student who is allowed to self-dismiss, you must wait outside of the school building until they are dismissed from their classes and we will send them out to you.  Only parents who must sign-out their children will be allowed to come into the building. This will help us immensely in expediting the sign-out process and ensuring a safe dismissal for all.

Spectator Policy

IMOGEN FOUNDATION has implemented NEW policies for all spectators that attend basketball games:

• All spectators must now SIGN-IN before they enter the gym

• All MS104 students must be enrolled in after-school in order to attend games (they do not need to be enrolled in classes but we do need them to fill out the registration form, located in the after-school office).

• Any spectator who does not attend MS104 and is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Food and beverages will not be allowed in the gym.
